  5. 1.    A few minor text updates have been incorporated (as per the request of the Confraternity of Christian Doctrine) which may differ from some printed editions of the NAB.

  7. 2.    Chapters A through E in Esther also use the alternative verse notation of the NRSV.

  9. 3.    Esther 11:1 is included from the NAB footnote with the versification of the NRSV.

  11. 4.    The “Forward” of Sirach is set to be chapter 0, with partial verse numbering that follows Rahlfs’ printed version of the Septuagint.
